Cancellation of a Siam Cruise
Cancellation must be made in writing to reservation@s2upstream.com
When cancellation is made earlier then 30 days before departure, then 50% of the price is refunded.
When cancellation is made later then 30 days before departure, then no refund is made.

S2 Upstream is not responsible for any lack of conformity on this website. S2upstream is not responsible for any content on websites which be link to.
S2 Upstream reserves the right to change any of the described activities and time-schedules without any prior warning due to local events. E.g. during the months, normally, around September-November it may not be possible to use the Maenam Noi in which case the itinerary will follow the main Chao Phrya River.

Should the unforeseen like epidemics, natural-catastrophes etc happen then we always follow the recommendation from the official danish authorities. This means that if the danish foreign ministry or SSI (Statens Serum Institut) recommends not to travel to the area then we refund the cruise.
